Barbara – Absolutely yes. Obicà Palermo is characterized by an essential and welcoming design, where every detail contributes to create a convivial and contemporary environment and that lends itself well to the needs of customers – even for non-conventional events.
The restaurant is open every day from breakfast to after dinner and, thanks to the versatility of the spaces and our gastronomic offer, we offer customized solutions for dinners and aperitifs, meetings and parties, both for small groups of guests and for large exclusive events.

Show-cooking, musical entertainment, fun activities: how do you promote your location in Palermo and which is the best format according to your experience?

Barbara – We organize evenings with Live Music in which emerging musicians of the artistic scene of Palermo perform. An interesting new feature this year are our Experiences: Pizza Workshop, Cocktail Workshop and Blind Tasting.
Obicà in fact becomes the ideal scenario not only for classic dinners and business parties, but also for organizing engaging activities. The Pizza Workshop, for example, consists of a workshop to discover the secrets of perfect pizza: the participants learn from our pizza chefs the techniques to prepare the most famous Italian dish in the world to garnish with the Obicà specialties.
We promote our activities through social, NL, paper material present in the pdv, local newspapers and magazines.

Let’s talk about gastronomy, what is the secret of the Obicà culinary proposal which is a strenght of your menu?

Barbara – Our secret is the great attention we place in the constant search for products of excellence from the best Italian suppliers. These ingredients then become the protagonists of all our dishes and our recipes, to give our guests pleasant tasting moments with the best of Italian gastronomic culture.

Can you describe the Obicà service in three keywords?

Barbara – Informal, convivial, accurate.

The most appreciated comment received by a client or a testimonial who has experienced Obicà in Palermo, what is it?

Barbara – The thing that delight us most is when customers appreciate the precision and professionalism we use to satisfy every need: from the first contact, to the definition and organization of the concept and details of the event, until the moment when we welcome him and his guests, accompanying them later in the evening.
We often receive such positive comments not only for large exclusive events, but also for anniversaries such as birthdays, graduations and weddings, for dinners and aperitifs.

Obicà is a modern and contemporary space in a city linked to tradition: how do you balance your innovative approach with the tradition of the destination?

Barbara – Our spaces are definitely characterized by a modern and essential design, but tradition has always been a fundamental element of our philosophy: I refer to the Italian gastronomic tradition, which we re-design every day with a contemporary style. Obicà is based precisely on this precious balance between traditional and contemporary, which is the strength of our restaurant and of all the local Obicà in Italy and abroad.
